First things first: Let’s talk about tickets.
If you’re attending with a group, or have multiple tickets that are under one name–DON’T WORRY ABOUT HAVING INDIVIDUAL NAMES ON EACH TICKET. It’s actually easier to have one person’s name on the tickets, as they can pick up all of the tickets at once. Next, let’s talk about on-site registration/check-in.
Most important thing to keep in mind: there are no specific days and times for check-in for certain ticket types. Regardless of which ticket type(s)/level(s) you have, you can check in on any of the days/times listed below:
March 22, 2018 (Thursday): 5 pm – 9 pm
March 23, 2018 (Friday): 7:30 am – 8 pm
March 24, 2018 (Saturday): 9 am – 3 pm

Now, let’s talk event programming.
ICYMI: We’ve had some updates to our event programming; most notably, we’ve added a two-hour-long shopping session (open to everyone) from 4-6PM Friday, as well as changed the the time on the 1,001 Dark Nights Sparkler (Friday) to be from 7-8PM. Aside from that, all of the other information and times are the same!
**Friday Panels and Signing open for Titan pass-holders ONLY.
9AM-12PM: PANEL PROGRAMMING (Two 50-minute panels running each hour; go here for more info.)
2PM-4PM: TITAN SIGNING (TITAN PASS HOLDERS ONLY)
**NEWLY ADDED: 4-6PM–Shopping with our bookish vendors (in the signing room) OPEN TO EVERYONE! (Not just Titan)
7PM-8PM: (*Subject to change; pass holders will be contacted via email should changes occur.): 1,001 DARK NIGHTS SPARKLER EVENT (OPEN TO TITAN & APOLLYON PASS HOLDERS ONLY) — There is no set dress code, so no need to worry about dressing up, or anything!
9-10:30PM: APOLLYCON RED CARPET SCREENING OF NEVER HIKE ALONE Featuring Drew Leighty. This event is open to Titan, Apollyon, and Deity pass holders only. If you want more info about this event, go here: https://apollyconevent.com/2018redcarpetevent/.
12PM-5PM: SATURDAY SIGNING SESSION – EVERYONE MUST HAVE A TICKET TO ENTER. * If you submitted the form for the Ticketed Author group entry and haven’t received your assignment via email, go here and look at the lists for your name (each list is sorted alphabetically).
8PM-11PM: “DECADES DANCE” AFTER PARTY – Come dressed as your favorite decade! (OPEN TO TITAN, APOLLYON, and DEITY PASS HOLDERS ONLY)
10AM-12PM: CLOSING KEYNOTE BRUNCH WITH JLA & KRISTEN ASHLEY – *THIS EVENT REQUIRES A SEPARATE TICKET AND IS NOT INCLUDED WITH TITAN, APOLLYON, OR DEITY PASSES.

The event hotel only offers valet parking (there is no surface/self-parking lot), however, there are alternative parking options within walking distance. ICYMI: The March For Our Lives is happening Saturday, March 24th from 12PM-3PM in D.C. While the march itself should not affect our event (because the event hotel is on the Virginia side of D.C.), but it is important to note that if you’re planning to travel to the event on Saturday via Metro, train, or car, your travel may be impacted by traffic, detours, etc. Please plan accordingly!
